CRISPY PARMESAN ROAST POTATOES #HEALTHYVEGAN #POTATOES

Potatoes broiled with parmesan cheddar that get all kind of decent and brilliant dark colored, fresh and great! Genuinely superior to french fries!

For me, side dishes are the fun piece of a major supper like Thanksgiving and this year I am making these firm parmesan cook potatoes! You know when you are making a flame broiled cheddar sandwich and some cheddar overflows out of the sandwich, cooks in the dish and gets all pleasant and firm and a wide range of good? You know, the best piece of the flame broiled cheddar sandwich! Well that is the thing that these simmered potatoes are about! Parmesan cheddar is sprinkled into a heating container and beat with the potatoes before simmering and the cheddar cooks on the base of the preparing dish simply like on the base of the flame broiled cheddar sandwiches skillet and it gets brilliant dark colored and subsequent to allowing it to cool/set for a couple of minutes in the wake of hauling it out, it gets firm! These meal potatoes are liquefy in your mouth delicate and delicate within and firm n the outside and simply pack with dissolved cheddar enhance! Yum! Step aside French fries, there another ruler of potatoes around the local area!
Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds small (1 to 1.5 inch diameter) potatoes, cut in half
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Brush the oil on the bottom of a baking dish and sprinkle on the parmesan.
  • Toss the potatoes in the oil, salt and pepper and press into the parmesan with the cut side down.
  • Roast in a preheated 400F/200C oven until the parmesan is nice and golden brown and the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes, before removing from the oven to let cool for 5 minutes and breaking them apart.
