EASY BACON FRIED RICE #BREAKFAST #RICERECIPE


It is quite evident how fixated on seared rice I am. It was the main thing that I would request growing up and I have constantly adored it to such an extent! When I was shown the majority of the mystery approaches to make it from my Chinese sister in law, I can guarantee you that it is route superior to anything any takeout you will ever get! Each time we make anything asian propelled we generally present this broiled rice. We have even been known to have seared rice at the Thanksgiving supper table. We adore it that much. It is no stun that it is one of the main looked through plans here on the blog! 

I chose to take it to the following level and include some fresh bacon. Not just that, you rotisserie the veggies in the saved bacon oil. This has so much stunning flavor. This was delicious to the point that my family couldn't get enough of it! 

Bacon Fried Rice is 1000x superior to takeout and has firm bacon, eggs, peas, carrots and rice that join to make the best singed rice ever!



Ingredients
8 ounces of bacon chopped
1 small white onion chopped
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
3 eggs lightly beaten
3 cups cooked white rice
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce to taste
green onions chopped for garnish
Instructions

Add your chopped bacon to a medium sized skillet or work. Cook over medium high heat until it is crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain the grease leaving about 1 tablespoon.
Next, add your chopped onion and frozen peas and carrots and sauté for 1-2 minutes until they are tender.
Slide your veggies to one side and add the beaten egg to the other side. Scramble the egg until it is cooked through and combine it with the peas and carrots.
Add cooked rice and bacon back to the skillet and combine. Add in sesame oil and soy sauce to taste. Let it heat through and garnish with chopped green onions.
