ENGLISH CUCUMBER AND DILL TEA SANDWICHES #EASYRECIPES #SANDWICHES

English Cucumber and Dill Tea Sandwiches are a reviving, scrumptious formula for an early lunch, shower, young ladies' social affair, or evening casual get-together!

This was the absolute first time in my life making tea sandwiches. I generally thought I was all extravagant and stuff when I would eat them at a lunch meeting or evening casual get-together. For what reason didn't I ever make them at home? Crustless sandwiches are the better approach to sandwich and these Cucumber and Dill Tea Sandwiches are great.

Contingent upon the manner in which you cut the bread and how huge you make the sandwiches, these can be made as tidbits or a basic noon sandwich. I at long last had a reason to make them for my evening casual get-together that I tossed a few months back for family and companions. Incidentally, casual get-togethers are underestimated – they are heaps of fun and a decent reason to get all spruced up and feel like you have ventured back in time! I don't LOVE tea, however I like motivation to feel rich and eat little pastries and bites. These are brilliant presented with my natively constructed Peach Sweet Iced Tea.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Zest and juice of 1 small/medium lemon
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 slices good-quality white bread, crusts cut off
  • ? large English seedless cucumber (about 4 inches), thinly sliced

Instructions:
  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, fresh dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice until all incorporated. Season this mixture with salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Lay the slices of bread on your work service (I used a large cutting board) and spread the cream cheese evenly among each slice in a thin layer.
  3. Arrange the cucumber slices in rows over 3 slices of the bread, overlapping them a bit. Top with the remaining bread, and cut into quarters so there are 4 pieces from each sandwich.
  4. Serve immediately or bread will get soggy. Enjoy!
