With this low-carb during the day eating approach, I'm continually endeavoring to think of extraordinary failure carb lunch decisions that are speedy, simple, and delicious. Low-carb Smoked Turkey and Cucumber "Sandwiches" ... that utilization ... I'm certain you gotten it,cucumber cuts rather than bread!

Cut on a level plane into genuinely meager cuts, cucumber cuts work impeccably for making sandwiches ~ without the carbs. To skirt the bread, essentially cut a cucumber the long route into boards to replace your run of the mill sandwich bread. You'll need to pick a cucumber that is quite wide to give the most "space" for making your bread-less cucumber sandwich.
Ingredients:
  • a wide cucumber
  • spreadable cheese {such as cream cheese or Laughing Cow cheese wedges}
  • fresh or dried dill
  • sliced deli smoked turkey
  • salt & pepper

Directions:
  1. Remove ends of cucumber. Cut cucumber into 5-inch or 6-inch long pieces {or longer if you'd like!}. Cut each cucumber piece horizontally into approximately 1/4-inch thick slices to form the sandwich 'bread.'
  2. For each 'sandwich,' lay out one cucumber slice and sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper. Spread with cheese, sprinkle with dill, and lay on some smoked turkey.
  3. Top with another cucumber slice and sprinkle the top with additional salt, pepper, and dill.
