KETO PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES #EASYRECIPES #BREAKFAST

In the event that there is anything superior to only a spoonful of nutty spread – it is a nutty spread treat – which is the reason these keto peanut spread treats have gotten a perpetual spot in my heart – and my week by week dinner prep!

These low carb treats can be made with any low carb sugar you choose.I have utilized everything from priest natural product to Swerve and they all taste extraordinary to me.You can even utilize a powdered sugar for a much smoother treat. So delish! These keto treats are flourless as well – so they are likewise sans gluten! You can even make them with various nut spreads just as you would prefer.

My untouched most loved nut spread alongside nutty spread is cashew margarine… and trust me when I state keto cashew treats dunked in cashew milk are profoundly addicting. For somewhat of an alternate flavor, Perfect Keto has an extraordinary low carb nut margarine that uses a mix of macadamia nuts, cashews, and coconut margarine blended with MCT oil and genuine vanilla beans.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • ½ Cup of granulated sweetener
  • 1 Egg

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Using a small spoon, scoop enough dough to roll a 1 inch ball in your hands.
  4. Place balls of dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Press each ball down with a fork, twice, creating a criss cross pattern on each cookie.
  5. Bake for about 12 min or until cookies are cooked through - they will feel soft to the touch.
  6. Let cool for 5 mins before serving. Store in air tight container.

NOTES:
  1. Cookies are best when given a few minutes to cool. Different peanut butter brands will change the consistency of the cookies. I have found Smuckers Natural Creamy Peanut Butter to be one of the best for solid cookies with low carbs.
